Photography has always been a huge passion of mine. At the young age of three, I was gifted my first camera for Christmas, a polaroid i-zone. From then on I was obsessed with capturing the world around me and it is something that has stuck with me. After high school I took a leap and went to school for photography. In 2018 I graduated from the New England School of Photography and received The Highest Honors Portfolio Award in both my major and minor portfolio. This hard to earn accomplishment is only given to one student per subject per graduating class. An honorable accomplishment! After graduating I interned for a photography studio that specialized in fashion, product, and lifestyle. I also assisted many photographers in the Boston area. Shortly after I worked for a well known athletic apparel and shoe company. It was an amazing experience that fostered my love for lifestyle brand photography. Next I worked for a jewelry company in Rhode Island taking product photos for their website. It was at this time I started taking on my own portrait work and began shooting weddings on weekends. Doing so made me realize the power and creative freedom that comes with working for yourself and I quickly recognized I wanted to leave my corporate photography days behind and start up my own business. This is how Kridco. Photo came to fruition! I love love love being able to do what I do, especially photographing those once in a lifetime photos for my clients and getting to create images that are authentic to who they are.
